We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.

The item does not match the original order specifications (wrong size, color, or design).

Exchange Requirements:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

We do offer refunds in cases where we are unable to facilitate an exchange, including:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
